Neat room and good bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The plastic furniture and good beds.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, its location was great and ideal and just next door to the more distant Mayan sites of Bonampak and Yaxchilan, another restaurant, and the many shops. The staff were amiable and accommodating, overall. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met expectation.

I really enjoyed spending my time in this clean low budget hotel. The double room I was given was complete with the TV and A/C. The location was favorable and ideal for walking around Agua Azul.

The hotel was run down and very bad We had to change rooms 3 times The first 2 rooms they showed us smelt mouldy and there was damp on the ceiling As an asthma sufferer this is unacceptable The finak room we were shown was notbdamp but smelt of bad eggs as it was close to the kitchen and the smells were drawn in by the airconditioning It definately was not good value for money and we paid a discount price from your site I would have been really unhappy if inpaid the going rate. The staff were really unhelpful and did not understand even one word of english We have been travelling round mexico for almost 4 weeks and this was our most expensive hotel and the worst we stayed in We thought we were in for a treat as it was best western but all I can say is it was the worst western .

This hotel has an excellent location, as it is directly opposite the main bus terminal which was an added bonus. it is set within a lush jungle which makes for peaceful surroundings. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The service was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. In the morning, the breakfast was satisfactory for our needs, with a good selection of foods to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the pretty pool area, which had plenty of comfortable seating.

The hotel lacked some minor amenities which would have made it feel more luxurious.

The stay was pleasant over all. I liked that it was in the center of the city. The hotel was clean as well as the room.

I didn't get a warm welcome in the front desk. The wifi was not that good. I couldn't use my sd memory cards on the computers in the main lobby.

We were pleasantly surprised by the small garden and pool area at this hotel. It provided a nice oasis after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions. we would recommend this hotel for its relaxing atmosphere and good amenities.

The beds were comfy, and we had a TV with a good Wi-Fi signal. The hotel also had a restaurant with quick-service. It was in a great location which made it easy to catch a bus home. Plus, the hotel had a lovely pool area to enjoy the sun.

The check-in process was slow and frustrating. The towels felt old and ragged.

Had a decent stay during Thanksgiving break. the room was comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping service. the hotel offered some great facilities – particularly the pool and the garden – which was really nice. it was situated near the main highways and colectivos to get around town.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't be better - it was right in the center of everything, just across the road from the bus station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and trying out different restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even took care of my bags until late in the evening and allowed me to relax and use their facilities.

I loved how conveniently located this hotel was, right across the street from the bus station and within walking distance of the downtown area. It was also very easy to get to the nearby ruins and other attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful garden and pool. The staff were helpful and friendly, offering great service and making me feel welcome. Breakfast was also delicious and satisfying.
